The BestDrive 2025 National Convention was held in Rome at the Sheraton Parco de Medici on February 11 and 12.

The chosen theme was growth and its enabling factors, including the increasingly important role played by people as an element of success and differentiation.

Motivation, training, engagement, an approach to work increasingly oriented to the needs of a rapidly changing end customer influenced by other purchasing experiences and increasingly digitalized and informed, were the main topics addressed on the agenda: two intense days of discussion on market trends, perspectives and strategies to face future challenges together. But above all, an event that put People at the center, the true engine of the growth.

An interactive and dynamic discussion, which had moments of great involvement due to the presence of prominent guests, such as Mauro Berruto, coach and technical commissioner of the Italian men’s national volleyball team, then technical director of the Italian national archery team, who made his experience on coaching and team management available to the audience.

The focus groups on product, communication and method were also very popular with participants, allowing them to delve into key business issues.

As per tradition, there were moments of leisure and conversation in which the comparison with entrepreneurs represents the true essence of an event that aims to deepen the knowledge of the different realities and dynamics present in the territory.

The BestDrive 2025 National Convention was a very successful event, also in terms of participation.
