The Allianz Viva company meets its agents on the occasion of the 2023 Convention entitled “Insieme più in alto“, an event dedicated to the company’s agency network.

The venue for the event was the silver room of the Allianz MiCo Milano Congressi.

In the foreground not only are the results obtained during 2022, but also the renewal of positions, the presentation of new challenges and everything that will be needed “to achieve even more ambitious objectives”.

The outgoing council, led by president Pierangelo Colombo, vice president Claudio Bianchi and secretary Maurizio Casalegno will return in the name of continuity, at the end of three rather complex years, which began a few days before the outbreak of the pandemic, continued with the sale to Allianz and CNP and concluded with all integration phases.

In the midst of the delicate transition from the Aviva world to the Allianz world, Pierangelo Colombo’s great experience represents an essential point of reference for GAAV: and this is the reason why he was asked to serve one more mandate.

Strengthened by his political and relational skills, Colombo has in fact been able in recent years to forge a good relationship with the CEO of Allianz spa Giacomo Campora, and is the most suitable figure to guarantee the success of the last phase of the integration process.

In these two years of integration into the Allianz world, GAAV has maintained total autonomy within the Group and the collaborative relationship between Group executives and company management has been strengthened in the tradition of the “old” Aviva.

At the same time, GAAV intends to begin a path of succession and innovation.

At the “Insieme più in alto” event it was also proposed to bring in the heads of the technical commissions to shorten the political and technical decision-making line.
