“Seeds & Chips, the Global Food Innovation Summit“: the most important international event dedicated to Food Innovation, now in its fifth edition.

The event saw the presence of over 300 international speakers, more than 50 conference sessions, over 250 participating startups and 300 accredited media from all over the world, with over 1000 business matching meetings concluded in less than four days of meetings and conferences, guests from all over the world, interactive exhibitions.

A global comparison, without demographic or geographical distinctions, on the major issues that closely concern us all: food and health, united by the objectives set by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The “Seeds & Chips” event was held at the Fiera di Milano Rho, in pavilions 8 and 12 which hosted meetings and conferences with major international guests: the president of Food Tank Danielle Nierenberg, the executives of the Rockefeller foundation and the Bill & Melinda Gates, FAO Deputy Director General for Climate and Natural Resources Maria Helena Semedo and many others.

Later also representatives of giants such as Mars, Givaudan and Ferrero, of the most well-known international venture capital funds and of the large food innovation centres: in the meantime, in the exhibition part, companies, start-ups and incubators will show their technological proposals, at the search for new partnerships with which to develop them.

Dhs Event Solution took care of the set-up and technical direction of the event, with installation and monitoring of the audio, video and lighting systems, as well as a central Led Wall arranged horizontally: our coordination direction took care of the monitoring for the entire duration of the event.
