The Marriott Park Hotel in Rome hosted for the first time three events in the triptych called “The Big One”, a conference organized by GLS & Sinergie: future strategies and awards for the previous year’s results were the central points of the event.

The use of an interactive web app played a fundamental role in the technical management of the event, allowing the sending of invitations, information and registrations.

Before the event, participants were invited to contribute to the creation of the event itself, indicating their choices “Make our party. Your choice for our event.”

During the event, the web app allowed them to actively participate in the work sessions, asking questions, responding to surveys, expressing their opinions on the topics covered, all in real time.

At the end of the event, the most interesting and engaging moments were uploaded, giving everyone the opportunity to share them with friends and colleagues.

To encourage moments of relationship and knowledge, a games room was set up with five-a-side football and ping pong, where guests had the opportunity to get to know each other, form teams and challenge each other.

Furthermore, the GLS Social GIF Machine was introduced, a technology that allowed guests to take multiple shots with the GLS background, transforming their experiences into GIFs that could be downloaded in digital format or printed as Polaroids.

During the team building to the tune of “We Will Rock You”, three groups worked separately and then performed together during the gala dinner.

“The Big One” was managed in full production with audio, video and lighting systems by the Dhs Event Solution technical team.
